Through its numerous projects and initiatives, the Social Initiatives Association has facilitated the mobility of young people, providing them with opportunities for learning and international experiences. This ongoing involvement and commitment to supporting young people are crucial aspects within the Erasmus community.

On September 28th and 29th, 2023, the 2022 Standard Projects Thematic Monitoring Meeting brought together enthusiastic individuals and professionals dedicated to youth-related projects. This event served as a pivotal moment in the youth project calendar, providing a platform to evaluate, enhance, and promote the impact of these initiatives.

Day 1

Day one opened with a warm welcome and the establishment of the meeting's overarching framework. Participants, representing various youth projects, engaged in networking and discussions, setting the stage for fruitful collaborations.

The day emphasized identifying needs and expectations, with open dialogues to shape the future of youth projects.

Interactive Workshops: Monitoring and Enhancement

Key to the day was a series of interactive workshops where participants delved into the nitty-gritty of their projects. They collaboratively explored best practices, tackled challenges, and developed concrete plans for future success.

Day 2

Day two spotlighted project visibility and the digital transformation in final reporting stages. Beneficiary organizations shared their interventions and insights, showcasing how technology could amplify impact.

The second day also featured interactive workshops focusing on digitalization's role in final reporting. Participants gathered to discuss digital best practices, strategies, and skill development.
